Amsterdam, Netherlands scores a medium-low on our Cat Safari meter. Chances are around 40% you will see a cat if you keep your eyes open. You can bump that number up to 100% if you visit the Catboat (link is in the map). Other than that, we met and ate with a nice restaurant cat at Lucien's Pancakes in the historic center (great food, too), and saw a few on the street, though not many.
