Budapest, Hungary scores low on our Cat Safari meter. Chances are around 15% you will see a cat if you keep your eyes open. We did get lucky and found a sleeping beauty in the funicular that goes to the Buda Castle. We aren't sure if he's the resident cat, but since you're going to want to visit the Buda Castle, take a look in the ticket booth.
